Are you starting the week with your mind full or Mindful?
We welcome you to take a deep breath, clear your mind and stretch yourself into the new month with a bit of meditation, mindfulness and yoga. Our yoga instructor & in-house psychologist, Kristin Nijs, will lead at basic level so anyone can join.
If you are a member, it is this time free or by donation.
Non-members are welcome to join for NOK 100,-
Session start at 9 am (doors closing, so be there:)
